Meet Bridie: 

I’m Bridie — London–Irish, ND, a designer turned

counsellor, hypnotherapist, and citizen scientist,

with lived experience of ME/CFS, PFO, trauma,

and post-traumatic growth.

I didn’t arrive here through theory.


I arrived here through biology.

​This work is becoming Field Resonance™ Method incorporating BioSurrender™ — a practical, science-informed framework for reducing metabolic drag and restoring ATP coherence — alongside HoloHypno™, a service and set of guided, embodied resources for people who need support landing this work in their body.

The open-source BioSurrender basics are in production and will be uploaded shortly, with more layers and practices to follow.

It's important to know that Nuutree didn’t set out as a brand.  It began as care....

From biotin to a bigger picture: 

Nuutree began with Biotin100, created when I couldn’t find a supplement that genuinely supported my mum after her MS diagnosis.

Along the way, something important became clear.

Biotin isn’t just a “beauty vitamin”.


I now describe it as a Metabiotic™.

A Metabiotic is anything that supports not just you, but your holobiont cellular allies too — especially your mitochondria and commensal microbes.

Biotin contributes to ATP energy metabolism and is utilised by gut microbes that influence neurotransmitters linked to mood and calm, as well as mucosal health — our body’s first-line interface with the world and a core part of innate immune communication. 

 

I personally use the whole Nuutree pathway — including daily metabiotic support from Biotin100 and BioSurrender optimal lifestyle along with HoloHypno bespoke scripts and audios — because my mitochondria respond best when they’re fed and treated as sentient collaborators 😄


That said, choice really matters here.  Some people just use the supplements, some just work with the services, some do a bit of both, and some dip in and out over time. There’s no “correct” pathway — only what feels supportive, affordable, and right for your energy and life right now.

 

From a holobiont-human perspective, energy, mood, immunity, and resilience aren’t separate departments.  We learn that they are one living system and your life belongs within that system.

Research across quantum biology, systems neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, and microbiome science keeps pointing to the same conclusion:

You are not broken.


You are overloaded.

Humans aren’t machines with faulty parts.


We’re self-organising, massively parallel living Holobiont systems in a participatory universe.. This is not Woo Woo - its Quantom Biology.

Your mitochondria — ancient endosymbiotic organisms you’re living within (and for) — generate ATP - your bodies energy currency - using quantum-level processes that respond to light, stress, nourishment, safety, emotion, environment, and meaning (Hamblin, 2016).

Together with your microbes, fascia, water, and nervous system, they form what I call your MitoField — the living field that powers how you feel, think, move, and recover.

You don’t need to understand the physics to work with this.


You just need to notice when energy drops… and when something small brings it back.

Metabiotics™ (what your system actually needs)

Over time, I began using Metabiotics™ more broadly.

Metabiotics™ are the things your mitochondria, microbes, EZ water, fascia, and nervous system need in order to function well — not as isolated parts, but as a communicating whole.

Some Metabiotics™ come as nutrients. Like Biotin100 RESET protocol.


Many come through real life.

These influence our MitoField and ATP coherence:

  1. Early daylight and sunlight — setting circadian rhythm, hormone timing, and cellular energy cycles (Roenneberg & Merrow, 2016; Panda, 2018)

  2. Red and near-infrared light (biophotons) — supporting mitochondrial cytochrome-c oxidase, ATP production, and tissue repair (Hamblin, 2016; Popp, 2003)

  3. Fresh, microbial-rich air and time outdoors — supporting immune balance and stress regulation (Rook, 2013; Kuo, 2015)

  4. Gentle breathing and unforced movement — improving vagal tone, fascia hydration, and energy efficiency (Porges, 2011; Schleip et al., 2012)

  5. Soil contact, gardening, and nature exposure — supporting microbial diversity and immune signalling (Lowry et al., 2007; Prescott et al., 2017)

  6. Whole, plant-rich foods, especially those containing polyphenols — nourishing both mitochondria and commensal microbes (Scalbert et al., 2005; Koh et al., 2016)

  7. Social connection, laughter, music, play, and dancing — improving neuroimmune signalling and energy availability (Dunbar, 2012; Tarr et al., 2015)

 

Yes — your mitochondria genuinely enjoy dancing.

 

Chair dancing and wiggling toes also count as signals to your Mito - 'your safer now', 'we can soften now' 'repair can happen now'.

 

Micro steps matter at cellular communication levels when viewed through the Quantom Consciousness layer that runs 'life as we think we know it'.  Science now backs this up.

These aren’t wellness trends.


They’re coherence signals.

They don’t force change.


They create permission.

(Some of the most powerful Metabiotics™ don’t come in capsules  They come as sunlight, plant meals, good music, and an inpromtu kitchen dance with a cheeky wink).

A brief word on burnout culture (from your mitochondria):

Your mitochondria do not enjoy burnout culture.

They didn’t evolve over Billions of eons for constant urgency, productivity-as-worth, chronic stress, fluorescent lighting, ultra-processed food, or late-night screens.

They evolved for sunrise, soil, plants, microbes, shared meals, rest — and dancing, actually.

When life sends continuous threat signals, ATP efficiency drops and metabolic drag in qualia builds — that heavy, looping sense of effort, fog, and “why is everything so hard?”

That’s not a personal flaw.


It’s a mismatch.

And mismatches can be softened.

Field Resonance Method™ (and why I guide from inside it)

I don’t see humans as broken, failing, or in need of fixing.


That idea belongs to older science.

I see us as open, intelligent systems, doing our best inside conditions that often cost far more energy than we’re told.

BioSurrender™ and HoloHypno™ sit within the Field Resonance Method™ — a practical, science-informed way of working with the living space where body, thoughts, emotions, environment, Earth, and consciousness meet.

We’re not sealed units.


We’re holobionts — permeable, relational beings — constantly exchanging information and energy with life around us.

At its heart, the Method rests on one simple truth:

 

Energy does not regulate in isolation.  It reorganises in relationship.

 

In very real terms, energy isn’t just about muscles or motivation.


It’s shaped by thoughts, emotions, priors, predictions, relationships, light, rhythm, and meaning — and by whether the system feels safe enough to stop bracing
(Picard & McEwen, 2018; McEwen & Akil, 2020; Friston, 2010).

If you pause for a moment, you’ll recognise this as how your own energy already works — sometimes dense, sometimes light — with your Body–Mind–Spirit always communicating.

 

How the Method works (3D · 4D · 5D)

The Field Resonance Method™ supports movement through three interrelated layers, each with a different energetic cost.

3D — Density & Metabolic Load
Everyday life as it’s lived: health, work, relationships, systems, expectations — alongside thoughts, emotions, priors, and coping strategies.


Fear-based states such as anxiety, guilt, pressure, and hyper-vigilance are ATP-hungry, keeping mitochondria and neural systems in protective cloaking mode.

Here, the Method focuses on mapping metabolic demand and reducing unnecessary load so life costs less to live.

4D — Regulation & Possibility
As safety and trust increase, the system can exit survival time.  Regulation loosens fixed patterns, perception widens, and new responses become available
(Schore, 2012; Friston, 2010).

5D — Coherence & Consciousness
When regulation stabilises, moments of coherence arise naturally — meaning, connection, awe, joy. Not as goals, but as by-products.

The Consciousness Field is the substrate here.


No one is excluded from that.

BioSurrender™ and HoloHypno™ within the Method

 

BioSurrender™ is the entry and stabilisation phase. It brings safety, trust, and permission back into the energetic field, helping you notice where energy is being quietly drained and introducing the Consciousness Field without force.  It can be explored solo as an open-source, living framework, or with me as a Field Guide.

 

HoloHypno™ is offered once safety and coherence are established.  It works intentionally with energy — using attention, imagery, rhythm, and relational presence to support regulation, integration, and life change the system can afford.

What this is — and what it isn’t

This isn’t medicine.  It isn’t traditional therapy, and it isn’t for acute crisis support.


It does not replace any existing medical or therapeutic care — it sits alongside it.

The Field Resonance Method™ is a supportive, science-aligned way of working with energy, safety, and coherence across body, nervous system, environment, Earth, and consciousness.

 

Within this method:

BioSurrender™ focuses on stabilisation — mapping energetic and metabolic demand, witnessing lived load without bypassing, and exploring softer, more energetically intelligent ways of meeting real life.

HoloHypno™ works intentionally within that stabilised field — using attention, imagery, rhythm, and relational presence to support regulation, integration, and change the system can afford.

Both approaches are grounded in how living systems actually regulate.

Being accurately listened to and witnessed — without fixing or overriding — allows long-held metabolic load to soften, freeing energy back into the system (Porges, 2011; Schore, 2012).

Remote delivery is often especially supportive for energy-limiting lives. Research shows that remote counselling, hypnotherapy, and imagery-based work are as effective as face-to-face approaches, while significantly reducing energetic cost associated with travel, preparation, masking, and environmental stress.  (Backhaus et al., 2012; Norwood et al., 2018; Cardeña & Spiegel, 2018; Picard & McEwen, 2018).

In this sense, remote support is not a compromise — it is often a biologically intelligent choice.

 

Why I guide from inside it

My role isn’t to fix you.  (You might think you need it - I get it!)

It’s to walk alongside you as a Conciousness Field Guide — helping you read your own signals, understand your energy economics, and find ways of being that cost less and give you more back.

I know this terrain because I live it — including childhood and adult adversity, trauma, hardship, and diagnostic confusion. I recalibrate my own ATP daily. I’ve also gathered the research and undertaken the training so others don’t have to navigate this alone, as I once did.

There’s no right way to do this.  No tidy version required.  Messy is welcome.

 

You’re learning how to navigate your own way of being — in ways that are more energetically advantageous — so life can feel brighter again.

 

You may feel quite certain that isn’t possible for you or your life.  I understand.

All I’d ever suggest is beginning from exactly where you are — because we can’t see the sunrise while facing the wall.

And sometimes, the smallest shift is enough to let the light in.  I'd be honoured to show you.

All work with me is remote, human and low-pressure.  With the odd humour notes where possible as honestly life is hard enough - and mitochondria also love laughter! (Whilst the topics are serious - too much seriousness is not going to best support you, although dignity is always baked in).  Replies may take up to 48 Hours but I aim for 24.

Within our sesssions you can be in bed, on the sofa, in a chair with a blanket, in pyjamas — camera on or off.  Or you can choose written or audio notes communication.

After a period of working with BioSurrender™ — often around three months onwards — you may find your energy more stable and system better resourced.  At that point, you’re welcome to return and work within HoloHypno™ around intentional goals, life transitions, or deeper integration.

The emphasis is always on safety and coherence first.  Everything else follows from that.

There’s no programme you have to commit to.

Some people have one session and DIY the rest.
Some come back intermittently.
