In many regions, it may be possible to order up to 3 units for personal use, though import fees or VAT may apply on top of postage.

What kind of packaging do you use—and is it eco-friendly?

Yes! We use recycled HDPE plastic bottles because they provide strong protection against moisture and UV damage—helping maintain the supplement's quality and shelf life.

Wherever possible, we also ship your order using pre-loved, repurposed recycled office packaging. If that's not available, we use new recycled materials. We prioritise environmental impact over aesthetics and believe that small sustainable choices can lead to big collective change.

What is the shelf life of Biotin100?

Biotin100 has a 2-year shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place away from heat or sunlight. No refrigeration is required.  Your supplement will arrive in a sealed tamper proof bottle/tub which will have the expiry date marked on the lid.

Due to the nature of our product, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been dispatched.
