At the most fundamental level, we are a system of trillions of cellsĀ ā living, pulsing, responding ā all woven into a grid of energy and consciousness. I believe the body lives in the mind, not the other way around. We are not broken machines, but intelligent beings in a dynamic fieldĀ of healing, regulation, and possibility.
