My next piece will explore the spirituality and science of Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG) — how hopefulness and healing are always embedded within our energetic footprint, waiting to be revealed. PTG can unfold after the weight of big-T traumas, but it also arises from the layering of small-t traumas, as well as the intergenerational and collective wounds we all carry. We can all feel that we are living through ongoing wars that slaughter humans and devastate the Earth, alongside the vicarious and secondary traumas of existing in an interconnected field where animal suffering, ecological collapse, and human conflict reverberate through us all. It's happening in the field and what happens to one, is felt by all. The Law of Oneness.


And yet — within this truth lies our greatest compassion and power.


By recognising the suffering of others (human, animal, and planetary), and meeting our own wounds with gentleness, we begin to transmute trauma into wisdom. From this space, we rise into coherence, align with higher frequencies, and embody a new script for humanity that honours life in all its forms.


Here the Law of Cause and Effect becomes our ally: every choice we make sends out ripples. Choosing plants over meat, kindness over cruelty, compassion over fear — these causes create effects that return not only to us but to the animals, the planet, and the collective field.


After all, Source didn’t bring us here to stay stuck in trauma frequencies forever — it has a much better sense of humour than that. 🌈✨ Sometimes the Universe gives us chaos, but also sneaks in a wink, a synchronicity, or a cosmic giggle that says: “Yes, you’ve been through it… and yet look, you are still here, still growing, still radiant.”


So let’s rise, laugh a little (when our spirit allows), and choose love — for ourselves, for the animals, for the planet. Because every compassionate cause we set into motion will echo back as an effect of healing, coherence, and light.
